9 Syllabus This course focuses on existing agrarian policies as a means to achieve the goals of a just and prosperous society. The discussion covers the constitutional basis of agrarian law politics as contained in Article 33 paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, the definition and scope of the study of agrarian law politics, as well as the review of policies that include policies on land procurement, land rights for investment, land reform, and efforts to prevent and resolve land conflicts. Furthermore, agrarian law renewal policy and land policy related to regional autonomy are also discussed.

The legal theory uses positive law as the object of philosophical study as a means to explain the law. Legal Theory aims to explain events in the field of law and attempts to provide assessment.

9. Syllabus This course expands on the course of Regulations on the Office of Notary that directly relates to the requirements and techniques of deed drafting. This course also provides examples of simple authentic deeds, either in the form of relaas deed or a partij deed, followed by a description of the form and its structure (article 38 of the JN Law). In addition, the discussion also includes techniques in conducting revoi, in case of changes, whether in the form of addition, deletion or replacement. This course also teaches Grosse drafting techniques, both the derivatives and quotations followed by examples.
